Login to the "Admin" Panel in the lower right of your screen, your username is "admin" and your password is "letmein" I advise you to change this straight away ("Change Password" in the admin panel 
)
Once you login click "Config" and start by customising your Blog ("Theme Template"s are what you can use to change your Blogs theme if Orange isn't your thing 
) If you want to make your first post hit "Add Entry"
